Q : I found the references corresponding to my criteria. However, when I try to display the PDF, I get the error
            Probem to display PDF
            Conversion Problem code 10

A : NISSAN POD is esentially a printing ordering system. The display of PDF is available for checking. The display consists in a complex conversion of printing files which could fail on some publications for technical reasons. It is useless to try several times, the process will always fail in trying to convert the same publication.

Q : In the search interface, I can find 2 buttons "Search", why ?
A : The order system offers two different search engines :
- directly by reference
- by cascading criteria: Vehicule code > Destination > Language > Family > Period of availability

Each search engine has its dedicated "Search" button. Click on the upper "Search" button for direct-by-reference search.
Click on the second "Search" button for "by-criteria" search.

Q : I want to search by reference but I do not know exactly the reference number. How can I search with incomplete values ?
A : You can use the % as a wildcar. For example OM9D-LCNE%E will return any revision of year 2009

Q : I found publications but some of them cannot be ordered. Why ?
A : Depending of several constraints, some publications cannot be ordered.

Q : I want to complete my order but the order system asks me for an invoicing address. What should I do ?
A : If the order system does not find any invoice address, click on "My addresses", an interface dedicated to the management of addresses shows-up. Click on "Add new address", fill any information and select the type "Invoicing"

Q : I completed my order and paid on line. How will I get my invoice ?
A : The invoice should be available on-line within a short time on the interface "My orders", click on the "pdf" icon
